Pepsi Center is an 18,000-seat multi-purpose arena located in Denver, Colorado. The arena is home to the Denver Nuggets of the NBA, the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL, and the Colorado Mammoth of the NLL. Its completion in October 1999 was marked by a Celine Dion concert and since then the venue has hosted many more concerts by artists like Maroon 5, Journey, Coldplay, and Janet Jackson. Pepsi Center has been host to numerous events like the 2001 NHL All-Star Game, the 2001 Stanley Cup Finals, the 2005 NBA All-Star Game, the NCAA Men's ice hockey Frozen Four tournament, WWE events, and other family shows. A unique feature of the arena is a 2,000 pound suspended sculpture in the atrium depicting various hockey and basketball athletes in action poses. The Pepsi Center ticket office is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and closed weekends unless there is an event.
